NBCC has bagged a contract worth Rs 262 crore to redevelop Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Housing in New Delhi. The 'Bhoomi Poojan' ceremony' for the redevelopment of MEA Housing at KG Marg took place on February 14, 2024
The scope of work includes the construction of 54 Type-VI Quarters, 18 Type-IV Quarters, and 18 Transit Quarters, reflecting a commitment to providing modern and sustainable housing solutions. The project's objective is to achieve a four-Star GRIHA rating, reinforcing the focus on environmental sustainability and energy efficiency
NBCC which has been entrusted with the execution of this initiative reiterates its commitment, as well as MEA towards enhancing infrastructure and creating conducive living environment for the residents
